PROGRAM #1 $999.00 "PAPERWORK ONLY"
The seller advertises the property, shows the property and hosts the open houses. We supply the Seller with offer forms for the Buyers to fill out, the seller contacts us to assist in the negotiations. We draw a standard Purchase and Sale Agreement. We pay an attorney to review the Purchase and Sale agreement for the Seller and draw the new Deed. Our closing department will inform the Seller of any other paperwork needed to close the property (smoke detector certificates, water bills, electric bills, CD certificates, etc). You pay only a $990.00 FLAT FEE!

PROGRAM #2 2% "DIRECT-TO-BUYER"
If you don't have time to take all the Buyer calls and show the property, we have our Direct-2-Buyer program, JUST 2%. Our agents staff our phones seven days a week and we are ready on short notice to show your home not only to Buyers that call on your home, also the many Buyers that call on our other listings. The only thing missing is inclusion in the Multiple Listing Service (MLS) and YOU host your Open Houses, 1-3 on Sundays. Over 80% of our homes sell on Program 2. $3,000.00 minimum fee applies (homes under $150,000)

PROGRAM #3 "MLS FOR LESS" Only 3.5%!
In this program your home is listed in MLS (2.0% to the MLS agents) plus 1.5% fee for Old Heritage Realty Group. There are over 13,000 agents in the local MLS system. You host the Open Houses in this program, however, if the property is sold "in house" (without the involvement of another agency), the commission is reduced to ONLY 2%. $3,000 minimum fee for non-MLS or $6,000.00 minimum fee for MLS sale applies.

PROGRAM #4 "FULL SERVICE MLS FOR LESS" Only 3.5%!
We will place your home in MLS and we host all your Open Houses for a total commission of just 3.5%. This can save you thousands compared to paying 6%. Although we charge a low fee we still offer the same level of full service you expect when you pay thousands more. "WE DO IT ALL" Remember, you pay us only is we sell your home. $6,000.00 minimum fee applies.
